You receive the error message "Regulator Error" when logging into the Knowledge Bank website.

KB10000:  OFAC WatchDOG: After running a batch process, you are unable to “review and resolve.”
You are running a batch process, and it completes. Then, you click on “review and resolve”, and nothing happens.

KB10002:  OFAC WatchDOG: After running a batch process, you get a message that says “there were 0 records processed and 0 matches found.”
You are running a batch process in OFAC WatchDOG. The batch process seems to run instantaneously, but once it is done, the batch processing statistical screen says “there were 0 records processed and 0 matches found”.
