Job Description: ATTUS Technologies has immediate openings in our RISC (Risk & Information Security Consulting) division in Charlotte, NC. This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone interested in a career in BSA/AML compliance, control/review, and risk management. The position includes regular travel to community-based financial institutions in order to provide our BSA/AML review services. Salary is dependent on experience with additional bonuses available. Job Responsibilities: Work directly with client personnel to perform BSA/AML reviews as well as BSA/AML training which includes:
Review of the financial institution’s BSA/AML products,customers, and geographic risk
Evaluating the adequacy of the financial institution’s BSA/AML policies and procedures
Performing transaction testing to ensure the financial institution is in compliance with their own policies and procedures as well as BSA/AML regulations
Produce thorough reports detailing the findings of the services-rendered and provide recommendations to help the client meet BSA/AML compliance standards.
Ensure the BSA/AML services are updated in accordance with BSA/AML regulatory changes, and work with other RISC consultants in improving the current BSA/AML services.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience with the following:
- BSA/AML regulatory compliance and the BSA/AML Examination Manual
- Banking industry products and operational processes
- Risk management and auditing
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable and effective working directly with all levels of client personnel.
Is comfortable working autonomously as well as in a group environment.
Is capable of meeting fast-paced deadlines.
Must be willing to travel 40% to 50% of the time.

Specific Skills: Other considerations:
CAMS certification and/or equivalent BSA/AML certifications are a plus. Must be willing and able to obtain such certifications as directed by management.

Produce thorough reports detailing the findings of the services-rendered and provide recommendations to help the client meet information security and compliance standards.
Work with other RISC Services consultants in improving our current services and to ensure that adjustments are made in accordance with information security and compliance trends.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate:
• Has knowledge or experience with one or more of the following:
- Information security principles, procedures, and controls.
- Information technology including various server/operating system environments (especially Windows), network technology, and network administration.
- Regulatory compliance (GLBA), risk management, auditing, and/or the banking industry.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable and effective working directly with all levels of client personnel.

Job Description:
ATTUS Technologies has an immediate opening for several senior Account Executives.
The Sr. Account Executive has responsibility for generating revenue by targeting Fortune 2000 companies. The Sr. AE will have responsibility for attaining or exceeding revenue goals for ATTUS’s line of compliance software products. This individual will have a successful track record selling software to large companies.
The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding of regulatory compliance issues or can quickly learn the appropriate regulatory issues, as well as being technically savvy regarding integration technology with particular emphasis on web services (Microsoft) technology. The successful candidates will be proven sales professionals with a desire to achieve success in a small company environment. He/she must be able to work independently from headquarters functions; at the same time, it is expected this person will communicate product and services requirements to executive management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Provides accurate and timely forecasts via the CRM system.
- "Cold-calling" into an assigned set of accounts to identify opportunities for ATTUS Technologies products and services.
- Qualifies and vigorously pursues sales leads generated by marketing programs.
- Works closely with ATTUS’s marketing and business partners to enhance joint sales opportunities.
- Produce sales to meet or exceed the assigned sales volume objective.
- Effectively present/deliver ATTUS's value proposition and solution overview.
- Works with sales engineers to respond to customer inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs.

Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience selling software and training to Fortune 2000 companies.
- Should have a very good grasp on technology (web services).
- Experience selling to both IT and LOBs in large accounts using solutions sales skills.
- Demonstrated record of sales performance at or above quota in consultative sale of a product.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate sales execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and verbal skills required with demonstrated expertise regarding the sales process and closing techniques.
- BS/BA degree or more
